windows xp info
I used Win98SE and for some years now I have and am still using Windows XP. There still are hundreds of WinXP freeware programs out there for download. I don't know what can be done with Windows 7 or 8 that can't be done with WinXP, but I think that maybe for the most part is the software together with the hardware that does the job and not so much the operating systems. Also, some softwares such as some lottery softwares only work on some older operating systems like WinXP and Win98SE.

Point well taken about ACE LB While we are on the subject of the old cat mouse game between casino players, permit me to share some humble insight on the mangement mind set of casino cat as I have witnessed it in Las Vegas for approx 25 years. Contending W/ Reality Of Adverse Lottery & Keno Conditions
CONTENDING w/ REALITY OF ADVERSE LOTTERY KENO CONDITIONS Many lottery players are totally unaware involved in playing several different games have no way of knowing which of the many different games are up for current play. Players innocently believe there is only one game they are making predictions for this is most often not true. Most State lottery commissions use as many 5 or 8 sets of selection balls to pick their LOTTO numbers. The last game observed on TV is highly unlikely no

Man thought he scratched a $1,000 prize, really won $100,000
David Lane thought he'd won $1,000 with an Oregon Lottery Cash Flurries Scratch-it ticket. He filled out his claim form and mailed the ticket off to Lottery headquarters in Salem. Then the call came from a Lottery employee: Lane had incorrectly filled out the form. When I got David on the phone, I told him he had put the wrong dollar amount on his claim form, said Brandon Grover, a Lottery Security Specialist. That disappointed Lane, who said he had a friend look over the ticket to

Smart Luck Flash Drive
I dont know how to upload pictures directly to LotteryPost. I usually post my tickets to Fakebook first, and then transfer them over to LP. But now that FB has locked me out, for one wrong password attempt, I am not sure how to reveal the Smart Luck/Lottoboner fusion system winning tickets to the world. Oh well. I suppose I will have to create a new account on Farcebook, under a new Nom De Plum. Perhaps LottoBoners Wacky Wutler Winners? I did enter my password incorrectly into LP

Lottery New Years Resolutions
Re: The Number 8, here's a blast from the past, seven years ago: This is from Glynis McCants - The Numbers Lady , numerologist, auhor, and radio personality: Hello, I recently did a show with George Noory on Coast to Coast am where we discussed the financial power behind the # 8. Here is my brief explanation on how it works. The number 8 encourages financial security. I have had many clients put an 8 in their wallet, and just leave it in there. Pick 3 MP: pick 3 backtesting tool
FLCavalier, The code of the tool is obfuscated to prevent reverse engeneering (or to make it difficult). Some anti-virus software like Symantec detects obfuscated code as a threat based on certain attributes (They're not telling which ones). http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2013-110421-4535-99 Some information about obfuscating code: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obfuscation_%28software%29 Disadvantages of obfuscation At best, obfuscation merely m

Alabama legislator lobbies for state lottery
Faces mountain of resistance The Democrat leader in the Alabama House is calling for the Legislature to use its election-year session to approve a state lottery. Republican leaders say Rep. Craig Ford is carrying a losing ticket for 2014. Ford, D-Gasden, said a state lottery could produce $250 million annually for education purposes and keep money at home that is now going to lotteries in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. That is why I plan to propose a lottery bill during the 2014 le

Major US airports with retailers ?
Hi everyone, I travel a moderate amount for work -- maybe 12 to 15 trips a year. I like to buy advanced play tickets for PB and MM when I am on the road. (Hey, what better way to win a prize discretely than by having the ticket purchased 3000 miles away and six weeks ago? Though I will have mixed emotions when I win a few bucks and I'm across the country.) Has anyone seen a list major US airports where you can buy tickets? Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere on LP. Here
