Well, I haven't staked a claim to having the best system of all time . I'm also not a believer in past draws affecting future draws, so I play for fun and the thrill of a win, but I don't pretend to have a formula for selecting the next draw. My pick for the Wisconsin Pick 3 2/16/16: 4 6 7. I have those numbers boxed at $.50 a draw through 2/19/16. I give myself a 2.37% chance of hitting at least once over those draws, as I believe that's the actual odds. I'm not afraid to post my picks

Hey Vergie why thankyou , I normally play all 4 if the numbers are looking right in my system and my w/o I am a big spender on pick 3 but I do make out well in the end$$$$$ This has been a FANTASTIC YEAR so far and plan to keep knocking TLC upside the head...lol

I recently purchased 2 Lottery E-books from Amazon when they were FREE, entitled : Pick-3 Players: E-Z Monthly Strings 6233 System! by Adolph Barr. Kindle Edition. and Pick-4 Players: E-Z Monthly Strings 7344 System! by Adolph Barr. Kindle Edition. HORRIBLE E-Books !!!! They make NO SENSE Whatsoever !!! Don't Waste Your FREE Money !!! Some Amazon E-book Authors are probably STARVING AUTHORS, b/c their books aren't worth FREE MONEY, much less Actual Real Money !!!
