ARKANSAS LOTTERY DRAWINGS TO BE COMPUTERIZED
You're saying that Michigan raffle tickets do not have the number printed on them? I think you may be mistaken. People could not even check their tickets if that was the case.
NO, NO, NO!!!!!
You are confusing the Ticket number with the raffle number which isn't to be confused with the draw number.
The current tickets have Draw 13 printed on them and the Raffle # which IS the six digit number.
The early tickets had the six digit Ticket number and something called a

Site updates this morning
I just finished installing some updates to Lottery Post this morning. Nothing Earth-shattering, but welcome improvements nevertheless.
Upgraded the rich text editor to the latest version (2.1.1.1), which includes many bug fixes and performance improvements. For example, the Link button did not work properly in the last version. The editor also now looks for a few strange little extra characters that creep in there, and removes them. For instance, in the previous version if you press Enter

The Florida Millionaire Raffle is back!
I tend to agree with almost everything you wrote, but there is one thing I'm not sure about.
In Pennsylvania (a state that's held a Millionaire Raffle for maybe the last 20 consecutive years) something happened six or seven years ago that was caused by what some called Raffle Fatigue on the part of players. In almost every year, the PA Lottery usually begins selling Millionaire Raffle tickets in early October, and the drawing is held shortly after The New Years Day Holiday.

The Florida Millionaire Raffle is back!
I have my doubts that 2 million tickets can be sold considering the time of year The Florida Lottery is running what they're calling 'a promotion'.
The Pennsylvania Lottery's Millionaire Raffle ticket selling window is during the fourth quarter of the year. It gets a nice boost in sales during Christmas when people gift raffle tickets. The maximum number of tickets that can be sold is 500,000 and for many years The PA Lottery has had no problem selling all 500,000 tickets. The Florida Lotte

Take5 NY
Lately my enthusiasm for T5 has been going downhill fast.
It started to wane in October when I first played Mass Cash. There have been other things too that have happened that caused me to be less interested in playing T5. Pennsylvania offered a Halloween Millionaire Raffle, and has gone to holding four raffle drawings per year instead of two. I played the Halloween Raffle, and my work pool is buying tickets for the New Years Raffle. I learned that Florida is holding a Holiday Millionaire Ra

Florida Lottery Holiday Millionaire Raffle
I'm a raffle (an odds player ) player, through and through, any raffle anywhere catches my eye.
I would think The State of New York would see the light regarding raffles, but for whatever reason they're blind to it. They've got two border states that have been successfully running raffles (Pennsylvania and Connecticut, although Ct has not offered a New Years 2016 raffle this Fall) yet they offer nothing to players in New York.
On their website, The New York Lottery touts the fact that they

Florida Lottery Holiday Millionaire Raffle
I guess The Florida Lottery is trying to provide players with an incentive to buy early, which is the biggest difference between The Pennsylvania Millionaire Raffle and The Florida Raffle. There's only one drawing in PA, and it's for all the marbles. So if you buy a ticket today in PA, ya gotta hang on to it until January 2nd. (Unless you sell it or give it away)
That last minute rush to buy tickets must be because people just don't want to have to hang on to a ticket for an extended period o
