I just finished installing some updates to Lottery Post this morning. Nothing Earth-shattering, but welcome improvements nevertheless. Upgraded the rich text editor to the latest version (2.1.1.1), which includes many bug fixes and performance improvements. For example, the Link button did not work properly in the last version. The editor also now looks for a few strange little extra characters that creep in there, and removes them. For instance, in the previous version if you press Enter

I tend to agree with almost everything you wrote, but there is one thing I'm not sure about. In Pennsylvania (a state that's held a Millionaire Raffle for maybe the last 20 consecutive years) something happened six or seven years ago that was caused by what some called Raffle Fatigue on the part of players. I have my doubts that 2 million tickets can be sold considering the time of year The Florida Lottery is running what they're calling 'a promotion'. The Pennsylvania Lottery's Millionaire Raffle ticket selling window is during the fourth quarter of the year. It gets a nice boost in sales during Christmas when people gift raffle tickets. I guess The Florida Lottery is trying to provide players with an incentive to buy early, which is the biggest difference between The Pennsylvania Millionaire Raffle and The Florida Raffle. There's only one drawing in PA, and it's for all the marbles. So if you buy a ticket today in PA, ya gotta hang on to it until January 2nd.
