New to lotto. Is it common that I'm winning 3-4 numbers almost every draw?
So I started playing the 649 lottery in my state about 2 months ago. It's twice a week. Checking the history, it's been 18 draws since I started. The first month were all quick picks, 1 or 2 tickets. It was only after I got my first win (3 numbers + 1 bonus) during my 9th draw that I started to pick my numbers based on my own system. I think your wasting your time and money playing this pick 3 . You hoping that only 3 2nd digits will be drawn which happens 1 in 9 draws maybe more. If it's a Steve Player System it's nothing but garbage just like his other systems. Notice how many he has for sale? $495 bucks wow. Why not select 4 or 5 2nd digits and from those reduce the numbers to a manageable amount to wheel.

I think they do predraws to make sure the machine works.
