NY King Kong Millions online game
Is there only going to be those few large prizes? So your odds of winning will be like 1 in 1 million? If they are they should of made the game more like the Spainish Lottery El Gordo or whatever it is called with odds of better than 1 in 10 i believe.Brad

2 most recent Powerball winners
I just hope I win before they decide to add more balls and make it even more impossible. I really don't want to buy another 6 pack of ping-pong balls. With all the various frequencies of the hits, it makes you wonder just how accurate the odds are. Personally I have little faith in their odds analogy. It could be a lot better than that, or a lot worse.

Hey, I got 4 of 5 on one ticket, MB on
Thanks!Actually, I'd feel ambivalent about winning 4+0 twice. I just looked at the odds against my win! It's like one in 15,313! Thus if I did it twice in a row, I'd have beaten odds longer than the actual jackpot, 1 in more than 234 million actually, and only have 300 bucks to show for it.On that score, it's wierd that we had two people do it recently, myself included. But I don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth.Every few years I get one of these tickets, but I play fairly consistently

N.C. lottery director candidates to be interviewed next week
If any one puts money down on a bet and doesn't accept the fact that the odds in favor of the house, shouldn't be in the game. Creating a system where the odds in your favor is not corrupt, it is good business. Every successful business functons that way. Every single one! If any one is at fault, it is the customer who keep jumping out of the water to grab the lure; especially when they know the lure is just beyond their reach.

Take 5 Bonus Week - 65% Payout
The game never seems like a good deal compared to CT Cash 5. Why would I play for a $40,000 jackpot with odds of 575,000:1 when I could play for $100,000 with odds of 325,000:1?Wooo....extra prizes for a few days.

pick 4-multiple bets
No. And I'll tell you why. I have luck, but not that much. Beating 1 in 1,000 odds is already impossible for me. But when it's beating 1 in 10,000 odds or absolutely nothing, I'll think I'll pass. At least with other games there are smaller prizes to win.

powerball and mega million matrix changes
I think that powerball will change their matrix before mega millions does but it won't be till 2010. Mega millions is more selective in who they let into mega millions and powerball has a more the more the merrier attitude to letting states join. Besides powerball could adjust the white balls two more balls and I think the odds would be less than what mega millions odds are right now.

OH Lot O' Play a failure?
I just used some lottery odds calculator to figure those out. I do think that they are a little too high... doesn't seem like good odds (by my calcs) for 3/6.
