When I reduced those parameters by 25% to sums = 100-170, ranges 22-49 and gaps = 1-20, 1,330,004 combinations were covered which reduced the odds of winning from 1:175,711,536 to 1:61,180,184. When I applied those reduced parameters to the actual data of MegaMillions winning numbers, 43% of the numbers were totally within those reduced parameters. I concluded that 43% of the time, my odds of winning would improve 287% by picking my combinations accordingly.RJOh

Math wise .....how often will we get a no digit return from the previous draw? Pick 3 and Pick 4. If you don't show your work I'll have to count the entire answer wrong. LOL Thanks

Jimmy, I'm only pointing out the reality of odds. If you have x amount of combinations, for every combination you play your odds are x minus the number of combinations you play.It's not a matter of how one looks at it. It is the mathematics. The numbers are not segmented into sections. Each and every combination is an individual component of the total of x.

When playing keno games try to play the so called 4-spot and 7 spots games. Both of those games usually have the best odds of winning(1 in 4). They also have the better prize structure.
