A If You Can Pick One Number/Digit You Can Win Pick-3 system plays all the remaining possible pairs off against that digit. It isn't too many numbers to play, it is exactly how many numbers that must be played to guarantee a win. The L-L system breaks those numbers into triples, doubles and all different allowing play at lower cost and greater risk. You will need the Inspector tool from LP or other software , HERE'S THE BREAK DOWN - 1) we are looking first at most often pairs EVER -any position(FRONT/BACK/SPLIT) - there are not too many of those -usually top 5 we use ! for budget reason we stick with ONE position ONLY -SAY FRONT PAIR . 2) using inspector get the breakdown of last 2 year dates of XX front pair using ONE OF THE TOP MOST OFTEN 5 PAIRS 3) using the draw history get the next draw after that pair for last 2 years

The problem isn't the $9.99 fraud, it's how much money you burn trying to win with it. IMO the biggest problem with some of the systems we see on LP is the cost of play because most are daily play and with tweaking (add 1 and subtract 1, use mirrors, flip the 6 and 9, play straight/box, and yada yada yada) if all the combos are played, a box win can't cover the bet. Player's strategy depends on how the 12 ten number groups are constructed. If each of the groups are mathematically arranged with a 2 if 3 digit match guarantee, they should produce hits. After reading a number of LP predictors claiming their 50 lines were good for all states for a month, I tested two groups of ten (20 lines) and got at least one hit (box and/or straight) in every pick-3 state/jurisdiction.
