Hi positano, you are absolutely right! Thank you for the catch. To clarify, Mega Millions is not a MUSL game, rather it is a multi-state game that is overseen by a separate Mega Millions consortium of its 12 member lotteries. MUSL works with the Mega Millions consortium to cross-sell Powerball and Mega Millions tickets in states that were not members of one group or the other, or did not sell either games to begin with.
