Powerball Matrix Change - April 15, 2015
If they don't change the matrix, then at least one or more jurisdictions will leave the game. This is a fact; one that has been conveyed to me by higher powers numerous times, so I don't doubt that they are going to make a change. The question is when, and how drastic. I've heard from a non-commission source that the final matrix will actually feature odds worse than what I've posted in this thread. I can't confirm that at this point, but it is possible that they are trading worse jackpot odds f

What means overall odds?
Overall odds are the odds that reflect your chances of winning a Lottery prize overall. Most people are aware of their chances of winning a jackpot, and quite a few are aware of the odds of winning the smallest prize, but unfortunately the overall odds tend to be ignored. Does it matter that people tend to be unaware of the overall odds of lottery games? it does, and here's why: knowing the overall odds of winning allows you to focus on playing games that give you the best chance of gettin

Hi I Am New To Cash 5 With Perplexing.
It DOES NOT MATTER what your Odds of Winning are !!!! Odds determine NOTHING !!! You either have the right numbers, no matter what strategy you use, or you don't !!! The ONLY thing that matters is CHOOSING the RIGHT NUMBERS !!! PERIOD !!! You can WIN if your ODDS are 1 Million to 1, and you can LOSE if your Odds are 10 to 1. It's ALL ABOUT CHOOSING the WINNING NUMBERS !!! FORGET the ODDS !!! The ODDS DO NOT CHOOSE WINNING NUMBERS !!!

New multi-state lottery game launches Sunday
Odds of winning top prize at 1/72M for $5 = odds of 1/360M per dollar spent Odds of winning top prize at 1/175M for $2 = odds of 1/350M per dollar spent Odds of winning top prize at 1/258M for $1 = odds of 1/258M per dollar spent I'm guessing Hargrove figures players don't mind spending more as long as they are getting less.

The Power Play multiplier returns to Powerball
The odds of matching 1 + 1 are twice as high as matching 1 + 0 (111 to 1 and 55 to 1). Don't give PB any ideas because MM pays half of the 1 + 1 payoff for matching 0 + 1. Want PB to lower the 0 + 1 payoff to $2? A race horse with odds of 111 to 1 is called a long shot, a $2 bet will pay off $224, but the horse must win or the player collects nothing. With PB and MM, players are betting against the jackpot odds and the annuity payoff is close to the jackpot odds against on many of the wins. T

Odds or Probability?
Yeah, try picking a red marble from a total of four marbles(red, blue, yellow and green), what are the odds for or against picking a red marble?, what is the the chance/probability of picking a red Marble? I do apply the same ideal in my work out. I slice the total pool (0-9)(called it probability, which in itself a fluid concept left to interpretation) into segments(call it subsetting, section...etc), these segments are my odds. So in the above marble scenerio, I can slice my pool into 3 or 4 se

Why would MM risk losing people/money with new matrix?
The difference in MM and PB is the prize for matching 5 + 0 and to add that prize and to not give even larger jackpot odds than 195 million to 1, PB raised the price of a ticket to $2. MM is changing the odds so they too can give a $1 million prize on one $1 ticket. Today if 40 MM players each buy one $1 ticket, only one of them should win a prize and it's likely to be $2 or $3. It takes 345 groups of 40 $1 players just to expect one of them to win $150. By lowering the number of bonus numbers m

7 state lotteries join forces for multi-state raffle
I'm not sure where you got your numbers from, but in New York, the odds to win 1 million dollars playing MM are 3,904,701 to 1. PB's odds for winning 1 million dollars are 5,153,633 to 1. The odds to win one million by playing CT's SuperDraw are definitely not more than the odds for winning powerball or mm . If you want to play smartly in New York, the way to do it is to double down playing Sweet Million. (Play the same line twice on one ticket) You can win two million dollars by doing th
