Someone might have won MM
Damn the illinois Lotto is a bigger stack than $12M its hovering around $13M right now so its not even worth playing MM until the IL lotto is busted, odds are like 20 times better. You'd have to buy 20 times the tickets to get the same odds in MM than IL lottery. I thought i won for sure too, i had all the #'s and i remembered i had all those #'s and the same MB # but sure enough they were all split up into different tickets :(

$170M Mega Millions jackpot has Calif. Lottery officials scrambling
I agree with Bradly_60 on this one. My dad usually tells me to buy him just $1 to have a chance to win a jackpot for CA SLP and/or MM. I know that CA SLP has better odds with the same setup and structure. Besides, it only takes $1 to win the extra Mega Ball Number and all 5 numbers to win the extreme jackpot. MM has astronomical odds, but only $1 can possibly win the big jackpot.

$170M Mega Millions jackpot has Calif. Lottery officials scrambling
> The bigger the jackpot, the lesser your odds. It's the equivalent of being struck by lightning six times, said Fred Jones, an attorney for the Coalition Against Gambling Expansion.I can see being against the lottery, but it helps to use arguments that make sense. The bigger the jackpot, the lesser your odds ?

Connecticut Gov. considers dumping Powerball
So the odds go from next to impossible to incredibly impossible. So what. It's not the odds that determine my playing powerball. I hope they realize die-hard players will purchase their tix out of state anyway.I hope Ct doesn't do away with powerball.

Connecticut Gov. considers dumping Powerball
Connecticut Governor M. Jodi Rell thinks Powerball, the multi-state lottery game that offers huge potential payoffs, is about to become a lousy bet.The agency that runs the game announced the odds of winning will be a lot higher starting next month, and winners who opt for multi-year payouts will wait longer for the big money.Rell asked state officials to review the new lottery rules and decide if it is still a good deal for Connecticut lottery players. If we don't approve of the rules, in essen

Lottery Experiment - An Itch to Scratch
Interesting experiment indeed. The odds of winning something are printed on the ticket and posted to state lottery websites. Louisiana has recently put a section on their state lottery website detailing how many winning tickets for each amount for the various scratch games are still out there. In other words, it may be possible to determine approximate odds of winning from these numbers, but I haven't actually tried to yet.PrisonerSix

More new instant tickets from TN??
Yeah. The one dollar ticket odds have been steadly going up here as of late too. What happen to odds of 1:4.12? Now they are like 1:4.88. My favorite ticket is win for life and Mega Slots. I also play jumbo bucks on a weekly basis.
