Ohio Rolling Cash5 05/26/2005
The winning numbers were 1-2-6-12-18. I match one 4 times, the odds of a winner (match 2 at least) is 1:9. I didn't even match the odds. Back to the drawing board.RJOh

A way to guaranteee some money!
Maths wise, cutting down numbers increases odds by a lot,; even just separating numbers into two groups would be beneficial for the odds. The only missing part in his prediction is that he was not actually talking about future events.

Sometimes there can be so many filter choices the odds of getting them all correct is greater then the odds of the lottery game you're filtering. BobP

PB=$155 million
Hey, I say that anything can happen. It could reach a record jackpot. I always believe in the odds. The odds that a lot of winners in a short while means fewer wins in the future.

Where would you draw the line?
New York has awful scratch tickets. The odds are unbearable. The best odds I've seen is for that Max-A-Million game, and that's counting the free Mega Millions play.

Where would you draw the line?
I've noticed on average when I buy tickets if the odds say 1:4 I usually win something if I buy 6 tickets, however, if I buy 4, chances are I don't win anything. I think some people get overall odds confused. If every 3rd ticket was a winner there would be a lot of cheating going on with retailers too.

What are the odds?
I went and bought $10 worth of powerball quick pick tickets for my mother today while she was gone to work. One of the lines had 8-17-22-28-52 and powerball is 16. I always buy the same line of number each time I buy my tickets which is 3-8-17-22-28 and 41. Kinda close huh? Tonight might be our night lol.
