Possible proof Washington state lottery is rigged
EVERYONE BEST READ THIS! If there is one posting everyone should read this is the one! So STOP what your doing and check this out! Okay maybe its just me, maybe I'm simply unaware of how things worked in the Washington State LOTTO drawing process before 2003 and in no way am I attempting to shed a negitive light on the Washington State lottery rather simply seeking a REAL ANSWER if anyone knows? Yet something seems more than fishy and more than highly suspicious than anything I've seen before in

Emily Leach, who won a million-dollar jackpot in California last January, said she is hoping to fight the state lottery's decision stopping her from collecting a second jackpot of $260,000 winnings that came from a ticket Leach has famously claimed she accidentally gave away to a stranger in March. (See Generous former lottery winner says she accidentally gave away second winning ticket, Lottery Post, Mar. 27, 2012.) A lottery official informed her that we gave the check to the man in June

This little girl has the Midas touch. Two-year-old Anaya Hussain picked the New York Poker ticket that made her mother an instant millionaire. She touched it, an excited Afsheen Ahsan said Tuesday as she and eight other Lottery winners collected their winnings. If she didn't touch it, I wouldn't have taken it. She's lucky. Welfare & Jackpot Lottery Winners
...food stamps, welfare, and housing assistance are a mere 3.8% of GDP. And that's down from 2000. Since the introduction of welfare, the percentage compared to GDP has usually been on the decline. Actually, Chaosx, your numbers are just a little off. It's not 3.8% of the GDP, it's actually 12% of the GDP. -- http://www.usgovernmentspending.com/fed_spending_2012USrn And it hasn't been in decline since 2000, it's been on the increase and in fact, since 2008 it's been skyrocketing.

Of course any scientist who sees it as a problem MUST be a liberal right? You see that? Yes BigHickNed, I see that. I also see that 90% of teachers are liberals and admit it and 90% of journalists are liberals and admit it, so what's your point? Given that, are you saying that 90% of scientists can't possibly be nanny-state, agenda-driven libs? Cut me some heavy slack, Neddie. Gimme a break. Any scientist who disagrees with your hero Al Gore (and they are legion), doesn't get a seat at t

Been Playing Scratch Offs But Fear I Have Been Throwing Winnings Away...
The codes and winning do not have anything to do with each other in the way you're thinking they do. It's part of an ever changing security measure. We've been through more than a few in PA...they now use a scan to win box for new instant tickets. They've mostly done away with letter codes, I like the older ones that are still out there where I can check a code, at least you knew you had a winner by seeing letters: H, T, N, S, X, I, R, E etc. Losers were: B, K, P, Q and a couple others.
