Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
We have a $5 game called Holiday Gifts here in GA. It came out a few weeks ago. I got 1 $10 winner and 3 $15 winners the first 4 times I played, then nothing. I do not understand it. Maybe they put out a bunch of teasers at the beginning of the game. But if as some have stated, the distribution is random, then why would it matter when they were shipped out? I believe that they continue to print tickets; I do not think they print them all at once. The lottery website says that 2 of the 5 $250,000

$116M Georgia Powerball winner claims prize
I would like to take issue with something you've said here, and it is an extension of a wide-spread canard told by liberals. Conservatives do not get such totally skewed perceptions of reality due to the filters through which they consume their information. (That is your quote.) Firstly, I never said conservatives have a skewed perception.... I said most people ... this would include conservatives , liberals , christians , republicans, democrats, etc, etc, etc, etc. We'll agree to disag

Federal online gambling legislation clears big hurdle
Maybe there are some teeth in the push for legalization and sensible federal regulation of the Internet gambling industry after all. Sponsored by Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) chairman of the House Financial Services Committee HR 2267 is a bill designed to establish federal oversight of an online gambling industry that currently resides in murky legal waters for U.S. players. It passed overwhelmingly 41-22 via committee vote last week, advancing the legislation to the House floor, where it h

Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
It's too complex to be proven actually, using the rational part of my brain, vs the emotional decision making aspect, i realize that the lottery is a fixed game with fixed odds and matrixes. given those facts, it should actually be easily solvable, once somebody actually discovers something that makes it crackable. once that threshold is crossed, then it should be easily repeatable, by incorporating the same methodology every time. it's math and odds, and once those are in play by

Six lucky numbers turned into a life-changing, eight-figure payout for a pair of Helenans who Thursday discovered their share of a Powerball lotto jackpot will be some $48.5 million. Kim Claassen, 55, and 23-year-old Joe Lamport Jr. have worked together at North West Home Health Care for several years, and over that time have intermittently purchased lottery tickets together with the understanding that they would split any winnings. Virginia man claims $200M Mega Millions lottery jackpot
shortysonicg, you sure do have a long post here. Are you writing a novel or something? While I think it is admirable you want to write (and type) here, you should know it is difficult to read long posts when they are not broken into coherent paragraphs. Paragraphs: use them, they are your friend. Also, you need to check your facts before you make your post. Using a quick Google search, I found this information at their valottery website: Can I remain anonymous when I claim my lottery winni

What do you do to Increase your Odds of Winning?
DeltaDraw, Anybig winner is also perked to get them back for the house advantage torecover losses. They are encouraged to try their luck again. Did youknow that too? Of course I knew that. Here's something you should know, and this is why casinos maked billions........the casinos know that if a player wins, they will come back and blow their winnings. If they lose, they'll go home and get more of their own money, but they always come back. Here's what you don't know - Money won by player
