Are player odds and "overall odds" the same??
Lets face it. The reason the states calls it overall odds is because they know that intangible forces play a big role in the ACTUAL ODDS that a person will experience in the real life situation of playing the lottery. RIGHT?

The key to winning a major lottery is to always be a participant and prospective candidate to win by simply playing.
