The order in which lotto numbers are drawn does NOT determine winning numbers at all, instead, the machine uses the previous position of each number to pick numbers thus explaining why lottery numbers appear random during each draw and partly why they repeat. You are just arguing but you have nothing to show to prove any of your points at all. Therefore, Ney1 is correct in everything
