Naa, just wish i knew his system. I am not going to go back and forth with you. I'm tooo selfish to be the Savant.
Me take the time to figure out numbers for all those states.... Hell nooooo. I would just play them myself and say the hell with all of you. One thing I did notice from read back is he never really posted anything on here nor was he ever a member.
It's other people. Taxi I give you credit on win 4 picks but the pick 3 you need some work on LOL!!!

Fooled by Randomness
I got mixed up and said 11 years instead of 33 years and 11,000+ draws. So I should have asked: In what time frame? 1 month, 1 year, 33 years (like your PA data)?
Your other questions about luck and skill are hard to answer quickly. However, my quick answer is, Luck! The only thing you can actually control about your winnings in, say, Pick-5-6 lotto games,...
Sticking to Pick 3, not jackpot games.
If you can only call it luck, this is where we disagree. I say it is based on skill to be

Beta testers for Pick 3 spreadsheet
Hello fellow Pick 3'ers!
I've spent the better part of two years spare time programming the ultimate Pick 3 spreadsheet and need help testing it across multiple platforms. If you have Excel 2003-2010, let me know if you're interested and what single state's Pick 3 game is your favorite (along with rather you play daytime OR evening) and I'll select a few beta testers to make sure I don't have any issues with crashing, functionality or security breaching.
These are large workbooks, 10

Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
I was only comparing QP's to PP's when I mentioned closeness . True, it pays nothing at all and means nothing in the larger scheme of things. What you're describing with the dollar and a dream is a far a few between accomplishment, 'Toss. It does happen, though. I hope anyone looking for a JP get's it, okay. I honestly mean that, too.
In the real world, Pick 4 is where serious money is made and does change people's lives. It costs more money to run a proper system but, the profit makes an A**

Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
Stack47,
I'd really like to see you head over to my Poll in the Lottery Systems Thread named PA Daily Number (Evening). I hate to reveal the correct answer with only 4 entries. It's asking for the result of a Backtest of a simple Pick-3 System. Along with the answer, I will be documenting each HIT with the date and winning number. The next step will be to Backtest a more sophisticated system, and post the results. If you hang in there long enough, you may get the answer to the questions you w

Gail Howard info., circa 1991
The facts are any system looks good on paper until you use it if you don't enter the numbers they draw then people call it crap. Because you entered numbers you thought were going to win doesn't mean they are going to draw those numbers so one never knows Gail Howard provides lots of examples of how to play, some this stuff is for novices, once a beginner become proficient at tracking the history of a game he/she could apply their knowledge to try and capture a win by entering the best possible

Pick 3 Tic Tac Toe Formulas - Which Works Best for you ?
In doing a Search back through the Lottery SYSTEMS FORUM, I discovered that there are Several Different Tic Tac Toe (TTT) formulas that are used for creating the TTT Matrix.
For those of you who play Pick 3 by TTT, which TTT Formula has proven to work the BEST for you ?
The CLASSIC TTT:
ABC = last number drawn
A +1 +1 A -1 -1 +1 +1 +1
+1 B +1 OR -1 B -1 OR A B C
+1 +1 C -1 -1 C -1 -1 - 1
Modified TTT:
TTT BOX # 1
(a-1) (b -1) (c -1) [Subtract 1 from e

Developing a winning MegaMillions System
Last night I posted 10 PB lines on the prediction board and matched 0+1 for $3. I've used this system to pick combos for RC5, PB and MM and I'm becoming convinced it works best with PB.
I've won the most playing PB because it only has 39 bonus numbers so matching 0+1 is easier with it than with MM and it pays a dollar more. Since I seldom match 3, matching the bonus number is key to winning something with MM or PB. While MM has better odds of winning a jackpot, PB has better odds of winning
