Mega Millions 12/30
If you played Maryland list as posted then you had two 1+B=$6 and one 0+B=$2, which is a lot better than most people do with $20 worth of tickets. You had 3 winning tickets out of 20 and the odds are 1:43 so that list beat the odds by 6x. You couldn't have bought a better list and that one was free. Next time try your luck, pick your own numbers.RJOh

Trust internet ticket buying services?
Quote: Originally posted by hypersoniq on December 26, 2003 odds aren't reduceable... the only difference is the number of tickets...The number of tickets one buys relates directly to the overall odds of winning. Buy more tickets results in having a better chance of winning. That was my point.Good luck,Jake

Buckeye 5 #1 thru #9? Last 26 draws! Why?
Quote: Originally posted by luckycat on December 20, 2003 DID you ever see the chart posting 5 number for a 5/35 game?play 100 tic and gaurantee 3 out of the 35 always? I never saw that chart, but the odds of matching 3 in a 5/35 game is 1:75 so you would probably match 3 without the chart or wheel if you had 100 tickets. The odds of matching 4 is 1:2164 which means you could expect a match 4 about one out of 22 times of buying 100 tickets.RJOh

Lottery programs
The odds of winning once with 10 tickets is 1:13,514,592. Wouldn't the chances of doing it 10 times in a row be ten times that? Or do other factors effect the odds?RJOh

question for guru!!
There is no simple mathematical way of recalculating the odds when using LottoSynchronizer.Your odds of winning will improve significantly, but it is impossible to stick a number on it. It varies from draw to draw.

SC if you know one number
Jennilynn418 I agree with you......the if you know one number play strategy may not be the best play tonight. Since SC has had 9 nights in a row of at least 2 odds........and several all 3 odds This might be a good time to play the 10 all evens .....cheaper anyway. 680 682 684 602 604 624 802 804 824 024 or not.....they could be on vaction after hitting a million times last month or something.....LOL.....haven't checked the history.

Mid Day vs. Evening...
hyersonig,Sorry to hear you're throwing in the towel on the jackpot games. When you think about the odds of winning a boxed hit and its payoff, are the odds really that bad in the jackpot games for the smaller prizes? Good luck to you.RJOh

Scratch off Odds?
The difference, though, is that you have to pay $5 to play this game. Plus, the top prize is only $10,000.Your chances of winning even $10,000 are one in 3.8 million .I just don't understand why anyone who knew the odds of this game would ever play it as compared to other much more favorable odds tickets.
