Hoosier Lottery often pulls plug on high-dollar scratch-off games before all prizes can be won
Brittany Mowell and her husband purchase Hoosier Lottery scratch-off tickets a couple of times a week in hopes they'll win big.
The Indianapolis woman said she felt cheated out of that dream once she learned the lottery was pulling certain high-dollar scratch-off games off the market before all the big-money prizes could be won and paid out.
It felt so unfair she questioned whether such a move was legal.
That really ticks me off, Mowell said, and I feel ripped off.
Not only is the

Still can't find anyone who want's to play your game, keep trying I am sure there is someone

you of the error of your ways. Eyerything posted above about the symbols or graphics means
nothing and shows your total lack of understanding. Around 20 members and I have formed
a private group where we can talk about the digit system without your comments cluttering
up the yard. I p

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
I think you naysayers are forgetting that I'm a new member, just discovering this site, so naturally any tickets that I may post, more than likely will be tickets of bets dated BEFORE joining..
If your system is so great you should be getting your 5 match out of 6 a little more frequently. I don't go for jackpots per say, I look at overall odds of the game and my overall odds using my system. And it has to be profitable or very close while I wait for the big one . What is your overall ave

Eddess_Knight with First Digit Law Light
Benford'slaw, also called the first-digit law, is an observation about the frequency distribution of leading digits in many real-life sets of numerical data. The law states that in many naturally occurring collections of numbers, the leading significant digit is likely to be small.[1] For example,

pick-4 test
Adobea78
I posted these for their straight hits but from winsums post they don't show advantage when applied to
several states as some had no hits at all. I generated another list of 576 lines which does around 3x better
overall but I can't see any real value in a list that size for a pick-4 game. The program is part of a pre-draw
tool I had hoped would reduce any matrix down to a fraction of it's original size and still maintain a large

Fallacies, and two REAL ways of improving your chances
No one is trying to trick anyone.
From a lottery player's perspective, one wants to eliminate some of the ways to lose. Such as not
having all the winning numbers among lines played.
One of the ways to prevent this is to put all the numbers into play.
Doing so in the minimum number of lines helps to keep playing costs within reason.
Lottery strategy is based on exchanging chances to win for a better chance to win when the strategy
proves correct. All strategies b
