Looking for scratch players from TN
hi everyone ... wow i was suprised to see replies. i waited for a day or so and never got an email notify of replies so i assumed it sank. great to read all of your comments ...
i have been chewing through some Giant Jumbo's .... and oddly, my streak of luck ended about as quickly as it started. And the odd thing, it occured exactly on September 1st. I was flying along pie in the sky, playing dozens of tickets for very little investment, until the 1st and then i began scratching 5-6 even NINE

What's with NY Sweet Million??
Sweet Millions has a coverage problem according to The NYS Lottery. Last year, when this thread first began, Jacal5 wondered why there are so few Sweet Millions jackpot winners. Jacal5 sent an e-mail to the NYS Lottery and asked why there were so few winners. The Lottery responded to Jacal's question, and their answer was posted in this thread on about page 3 or 4. Here's a a cut and past of the response:
Thank you for your e-mail.

How to win at the Georgia $20 instant game, Maximum Green
Is this game worth pooling for? In other words, could 2 people split the cost of a roll of tickets, and expect to come out ahead? My preliminary research indicates that there is approximately one $100 winner every two books in this game. Purely from an odds point of view, this game has a 56.25% greater chance of hitting $100 when you compare it to Jingle Jumbo Bucks. I know what you are thinking: Go for it! Wait just a minute, hold your horses. This ticket costs twice as much.
Before I go any

Vt. Lottery computer glitch creates extra winners
TRUECRITIC:
A test of the terminal could be any kind of thing printed and is likely not in a form of a playable ticket, especially the barcode info.. Any kind of printed pattern is a binary response. The tickets were printed on demand, just like a report. A bigger question is the correlation between the error and the Winning set drawn. A very unique event.
There are no retractions on the article that a lottery official was misquoted. The man was quoted and it stands. I say the idea th

What's with NY Sweet Million??
Here is the NY Lottery response to my question regarding the lack of Sweet Million winners:
Thank you for your e-mail.
It is still true that for $1, the Lottery's new Sweet Million game
offers the best odds of winning $1,000,000. The odds of 1: 3,838,380 to
win the jackpot of $1,000,000 cash is over 3 times better than the
average $5 scratch off game, 6 times better than the odds to win the
Lotto jackpot and over 45 times better than your odds to win the Mega

Maddogs Mega Millions Challenge 8/22
In the states where MegaMillions and PowerBall are played, there are local games with several million dollars jackpots with better odds of winning but the overall odds of winning anything in those game are worst. For most players winning something is better than winning nothing and the multi-state game take advantage of that. Although PowerBall wanted to make it harder to win a jackpot, they wanted odds of winning something to remain the same or better, thus they reduced the number of bonus ball
