Yes that is correct i looked at past winners in mich and one person won 13 million or 31 million that had stopped by a truck stop here in Grand Rapids, but he was on his way home to Nashville i think. Thanks Maddog10 -369 came out last night, I had 2 of 3 on EACH pick but that doesn't help. Did a little back checking lastnight for that last 10 months or so and noticed that in NY this system works for picking the first digit about the following- Every 4.68 plays with the longest couple of plays not hitting 28, 20, 16 then then a bunch of 11's 9's. There were ALOT of times that it would REPEAT the next play. Not sure yet how that helps. I think for me its not going to be a 'system' on it

In my opinion, scratch-offs are a bad bet. Did you ever take the time to read the odds for each game that are listed on the back of the scratch-off tickets? They're ridiculous. If you buy one scratch-off here and there, as a lark, maybe, that's just a fun way to spend a buck if you want. But most scratch-offs have worse odds than Quick Picks on the Pick 3. Have an Idea for a "system" for pick 5
I know I'm not the brightest bulb at LP but here it goes. Okay I think most of us know about the Zero factor. 0 is an unusal number because it tends to like 3 6 9 mulitple of three's . So my idea is to have these number 3,6,9,10,13,16,19,20,23,26,29,30,33,36,39,40 etc. My take 5 is a 5/22 game. So will only use 3,6,9,10,13,16,19 and 20. This will be my must play numbers. Parts of a system should be dynamic, otherwise it's just a list. E.g., if your pick-5 system takes 2 hot numbers and 3 cold numbers, then it must track which numbers are hot, warm, cold and change your numbers sets to reflect that. If you do a running frequency-histogram of the numbers, you will find that they change category over time. The hot numbers (and some of the warm ones) cool down, while some of the others are heating up.
