That's humorous. They give you 100-150 combinations (boxed) to play in the Pick 3 and then they think that somehow this is really hot because the combinations often come in? There are only 220 boxed combos that will show up in the Pick 3. So giving you 150 of them means they are giving you almost 70% of all possible combos. Of course that will give them a good hit rate. But they have no idea which one will be drawn. But if they hit 7 out of 10 games that way it would only be expected. Of cou

It seems to me that your -12+12 system is very similar to vibrational math system of Mr lenard Hascall. If you read through his rather voluminous web pages, he talks about numbers 12 and 24 units apart being in unity phase. Would it not be more correct to think about a pick 3 number as one number, not splitting it into two numbers. Double pick 3's, the mate usually followers within a few days if it is a fast number like 559 and 599 and I usually know which one will pop from the straights that triggers it.
