New Julian Calendar for 2004...leap year
Previous postC. A. - Julian calendars are in use for date tracking by some corporations and government agencies. The calendar makes it possible to track each day for a century using only five numerical places (digits).***************Intrceptor -Julian calendar is used mainly to track days between dvents, mainly for financial, supply, logistical and contract support. For instance, if one placed an order for a product or service on 03 Jul 03 (03184) and received it on 03 Oct 03 (03276), rather tha

What a program needs to be good ...
To me, Excel is like an analog voltmeter and access is like a digital one... sometimes you need to see the rate of change, where excel is best, and sometimes you want the power of SQL, which you have in access... with access it's easy to update a drawing, when you create a query it automatically includes that update so you don't need to go through changing formulas or using macros to expand range names., but with excel you can make a quick visual scan to determine the success rate of backtesting

MM Tuesaday Draws to view( a big one)
Cracking the lottery is not hard. Simply play all the possible combinations. It just that it doesn't make economic sense. A few years ago an investment group try to buy all the possible combinations to the Virgina lottery and bought about 80% of the combinations and won. The cash value of the jackpot was higher than the odds of winning. Virgina changed their lotteries rules after that, but now days a jackpot value is seldom greater than the odds of winning. In the pick 3 games there are onl

Open Discussion: Define/Refine Prediction
Quote: Originally posted by hypersoniq on December 11, 2003The point was not that the system worked, but that an Idea was shared and explained... Imagine if someone was sitting on a method that has not worked, but some fresh set of eyes could add to it and make it a winner...Right now, the point isn't sucess or failure of a system, it's to gather what is out there and how it's used, and to get everyone on the same page as far as common pick-3 knowledge is concerned. Once the next stage is reache

Open Discussion: Define/Refine Prediction
My idea of a pair alert system. The one in blueCreate or use a software that tracks roots and sums. Treat each chamber as a separate game and enter the drawn digit in the order of being drawn. When you search the root or sum which will be the same anyhow you will find a hit skip pattern . Mine has a percentile drawn at different skip levels which will show a higher or lower percentile from which I decide to use that digit for that chamber.I create straight wheels for my plays after choosing my

Steve Player systems - Anyone use them?
You might have noticed Steve doesn't hang out here. A wise move on his part because he doesn't have to answer any questions. Man I'd like to ask that guy some questions and get honest answers.I'd really like to know if any actual research goes into Pick-3 systems' picks or if the predictions were randomly generated to be the picks. Where you enter your numbers from the draw and do something and go to the chart, is what's on the chart really the result of major research or just random picks?I'

Open Discussion: Define/Refine Prediction
This is an interesting discussion!According to the first message the odds are 1000:1 for the PICK 3 lottery for a Straight Win.The real problem though is the low pay-out of 500:1 or online 600:1. I can easily prove - and I am of course not the only one - that everybody can generally beat the odds with a system meaning: Winning at a Better Rate than 1000:1 Straight or 220:1 Boxed . BobP showed that for example in the review of MasterMind 3 in Florida.Everybody of course has their own approach

What a program needs to be good ...
Me thinks that a program should be workable for all states that means you need all states database's numbers. So you could get 5 numbered picks for each game based on number of times hit (drawn). numbers not drawn. Incorporating the 111 system taking the mean number and working the database numbers in as a factoid. I have been doing this without a program and get some good results. But it is time consuming and only good for one particular draw like pick 3/4 match 5 ....lotto and....megga. Then i
