Let's Make Friends With the Pick 3 System
I don't know about you folks,but right now I think of the lottery as my enemy. Something is telling me to get to know it better and become more friendly. Bet a lot of you feel like that, hands up who do!! So how do we go about making the big bad wolf our new best friend? Need help with Excel
I recently found a way to create a reliable pool of numbers for the pick 3 singles in Quebec. I am using the Extra numbers , it is similar to Encore in Ontario or The kicker in Ohio for example. Here's what i have found : Yesterday's Extra numbers were 8169497 now, i break down this number into pairs , no doubles ; 816947 : 81 86 89 84 87 16 19 14 17 69 64 67 94 97 47 and then, i match these pairs with the missing digits : 0235 to create 810 812 813 815 860 862 863 865 ... etc.
