Dont understand
I had read all that the other day and also again today and I still dont understand how it works. I know that I have to pick so many numbers, ex: such as 7 or 8 to make a wheel but what I dont understand is how is that giving you greater odds to win when you are picking your own numbers. I know on the sites that I wrote and said that I have free trials to on my above post, they have filters where you can select different things such as hot numbers, cold numbers, odds and evens and other things.

200 Million!!
The official lottery jackpot for this drawing figure is predicting sales of around 50 million, which would give a probability of 77% for a rollover, as I posted elsewhere. However the last $200M + jackpot, back on April 22 of 2004, had sales of $77.6M, which at today's odds gives a rollover probability of 65%. In this case, with sales in the $70-80M range, the initially announced jackpot would probably rise to about $250M and may even bump up beyond that if lotto fever takes hold. The $295 millio

MM and PB jackpots
Right now, based on a current jackpot of $150,000,000, calculating from historical sales data, I'd estimate the probability of a jackpot that exceeds 300 million is roughly 1 in 4. Whether it is likely to exceed it by 63 million, I don't know. In this estimate I have estimated three rolls, one at 150 million dollars, one at around 180 million dollars and one at 220 million and one at close to 300 million. Even if the sales were $132,000,000, as they were for the last great megamillions jackp

Massachusetts Lottery - In JimmyVision
Massachusetts players like choices, both between games and within games. The Numbers GameSwitch to fixed payouts. It's one thing to have a pari-mutuel digit game, but when it's the only pari-mutuel game, it just doesn't make a whole lot of sense.Daily 5 (formerly Mass Cash)Switch to daily draws, change the top prize into a rolling jackpot, and give out a buck for matching 2 numbers.Ca$h WinfallChange to a 6/52, $1 a play game. Smash the MM odds...it is easy!
Konformthismfs says One more thing, if you play the MM for the jackpot and you think you might have found an edge, why would you write the MM and let them know? lmao Easy, I dont want the big money players to have a true advantage. I cant afford to spend that much money per draw!!!RJOh says If you play to win the MegaMillions jackpot then your odds are 1:175,711,536 per ticket regardless of the number of tickets you buy. There are 175,711,536 possible combinations and 4,405,086 of them will wi

Better Everyday!!
Here in florida, the odds for getting the jackpot in the fantasy five is approx. 1 in 376,000. The odds for a 4 number win is about 1 in 4,200. The odds for 3 out of 5 is even better. Here's one system which some of you might already know of. For everyone else.......Pick 3 numbers between 1 thru 36. If those 3 numbers come out, this system will guarantee that you'll have a 1 to about 21 or so chance at hitting the jackpot here in Florida. This system can cost anywhere from $17.00 to maybe into th

Follow-up to reducing 90,000 combinations
Lantern,Just a newbie opinion, but I believe a lottery player should be allowed to decide for themselves if knowing and/or use of the odds will be beneficial or a hindrance.I m sure the majority of lottery players who filter would agree that extensive analysis of the draw history provides crucial information that can be used to develop filtering criteria and strategy. But for me personally the additional knowledge of the probabilities has helped in i) Eliminating extremes of specific populations

Powerball is on a winners streak again!
Could putting the odds too high in comparison to the amount of players available for powerball at this time be counterproductive?Although we like to think the purpose of the game is to give us a huge check* for millions. The real purpose of the game is to provide the M.U.S.L. members revenue outside of their normal tax bases. If the odds are too high are we going to see an almost drought of activity till the DSC barrier of $100 Million** is reached? If the game stops bringing in say between $10
