That is great news.. I stay away from scratch offs myself. I see too many people lose at that game. I like the pick 3 and pick 4.. I dont play too much pick 5 or pick 6.. About pick 3 positional wheels.The errors multiply, otherwise it would not be as hard to win.Say that you had to guess one number (digit) from 0 to 9 (10 digits-a decade) you would pick 1 digit out of the ten, then maybe your chances would be about 10% of picking the right number (digit).Then you would pick 7 digits out of the 10 possible ones, then your chances of getting the right digit or number among those 7 might be about 70% perhaps (I don't know math so I can't be sure), of course this a
