I keep an excel file of all Texas games including MM. I typically play numbers by frequency and by position. Position by the individual number and by decades (1-9; 10-19, etc). This year I have played $131 and won $8. So obviously this system is NOT a consistent winner. pick 3 and pick 4 shouldn't really be played every day... only when you have some sort of indicators come in on the next numbers... I still don't know what those indicators are. I see far too many people in line (usually in front of me) playing 40 and 50 dollars worth of pick 3 and pick 4 numbers... I'm getting out on the cheap with my few $ in powerball tix...
