I'm hoping someone can put this into excel for quicker testing. Take your last two evening winning numbers like below in a real example in Florida, Tue, Dec 23, 2014 9-8-3 Mon, Dec 22, 2014 7-7-2 Using regular math, you go up from 772 to 983 which comes to 211. 772+211=983 So the number we're always looking at is the number that we added to get the next eve's number which in this case is 211. At first glance the system could be a lot of things, but is Pick-3/4. The link still appears in search for their disclaimer and refund policy, however the links go to error server not found notices. You can still read all about it and what seems to have been some crazy stuff going on using the web archive. Positional Wheels for pick 4Reply
A position wheel system is not converting a boxed combination to straight combinations. A positional wheel is formed by different groups of numbers allocated to the positions. For a pick 3 game you have 3 positions. Positions 1, 2 and 3. You decide which digits may be in each position. After that you generate or write down all possible combinations according to the criteria. You might reduce the amount of combinations by adding filters or conditions.
