Would They Pay It? Can They Pay It?
I too have never seen odds for a C4L second place posted as anything other than 7,282,016.
With regard to whether or not PowerBall would pay out a second place prize of 10 million dollars for a set of five identical lines with the Powerplay option added, I doubt they'd do it. I have to believe that somewhere tucked away in the official rules there's language to the effect that it becomes Pari-Mutuel if certain conditions are met.
I do think however, that they would pay out for a third pla

Mega Million And Powerball Jackpots Rollback
I just think they are being stingy considering the odds of winning. Used to be you could by 5 lines for $5. $10 fot 5 lines and then add another $1 per line for the extra ball.. makes it $15. That's pricey. Just Greed. No doubt playing your state games have better odds.. though most are not life changing.

WI Badger 5 - 4/28/20
Yeah B5 2nd prize is not great - the only draw for me is the JP odds - anything else in this game is just a oh...wooo

WI Badger 5 - 4/28/20
I might stop playing Badger, almost had enough. I know the JP odds are better than the other games but realistically I don't expect to hit the JP. What turns me off are the lower tier payouts. 3 of 5 pays $2.00 and 4 of 5 (odds are 1:1,308) pays a stinking $50.00?
I might just stick to SuperCrap and wait for a woman to gently coo in my ear as we wait for the cops to arrive.

Texas Lotto, June 13
It's a nice jackpot. But it's rolled 42 times to get there. Starts at $5 million annuity, and around $3.8 million cash. Odds are 1 in 25,827,165.
By comparison, MM and PB second prize odds are less than half of Tx Lotto. Of course, cost is $2 and it's only $1 million.

Wisconsin Mega Bucks
At $2 (or $3) a ticket, with pathetic odds of even winning back the cost of said ticket, they really don't have much to laugh about.

PA Lottery
Well a normal roll has to pay back at least $400. With 8.11 odds that's 7.5 winners per pack. Figure two $100 and 5.5 $50 winners average per roll that's $475 back on $600 almost 80%.
I always liked these type of games because at least when you win, you win something. In my state $5 tickets are generally 3.1 or 3.2 odds but seems like 85% of wins are $5

WI Badger 5 - 4/28/20
It's only five numbers with decent odds and I got a feeling you're due for a nice win so keep hope alive on this one.
