No Pennsylvania Millionaire Raffle Yet?Reply
A week nor so ago, I sent an email to the PA Lottery asking if there was going to be a Millionaire Raffle this July. They replied back to me Sorry, no Millionaire Raffle this summer and that was it. Nothing else other than that short and sweet statement. Because the Millionaire raffle has been offered at least twice per year since 2004, I couldn't understand why they stopped it. Some lotteries already do an El Gordo-style raffle periodically. But I don't think there will ever be an El Gordo SIZED raffle in the USA, because in Spain it is a cultural thing, and nearly the entire country plays. In the USA games like Powerball and Mega Millions are more culturally adapted, with a jackpot that one person can win. (In Spain, the top El Gordo prize is smaller than a typical USA jackpot, and is won by many people.)

My friend is in Pa right now, shes going to bring me back 2 raffle tickets. I Was in montana this weekend picked up 6 raffle tickets $20 each odds 1 out of 150k . They will have 1 one-million winner. 2 early birds for $25k $15k coming up. And they will have 3 $100k second place tickets 5 $10k tickets then a bunch of $100 $500 winners. Also picked up 1 idaho raffle $10 ticket odds 1 out of 250k. 1 one-million winner. Second place will be 2 $10k winners then a bunch of $25 $250 winners.

Looks like it. I can stop playing that game for a while now. Also, I think they passed on the Raffle this year because of ticket sales being below expectations in previous years. I think they made nearly as much profit on a single Fantasy 5 drawing as they did on the raffle last year.

Of course, that goes without saying for ANY lottery results. That's why we include a notice about double-checking results on all of our lottery results pages. The state lotteries do make mistakes -- I have reported mistakes many times to the lotteries over the years. Bought a couple raffle tickets from the district office. They are offering a free tshirt with every raffle purchase, so I snagged two. I bought some of the new tickets there, and also saw that the Publix next door had the new tickets in stock. I bought some $1, $2, and $5 tickets. All of the $5 tickets were losers, but the $2 Lucy saved the day! I was hoping for the heart symbol win all.
