Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Dracos - you're right - the new $10 scratcher does have the best odds for $100K, @ 400,800 - followed closely by the $10 GR with odds of 420,000.... I agree there should be more $100K's and lower - but take away the sizzle of scratchers with top prizes of two million, five million or fifteen million would be gone and I think fewer tickets would be sold..... the lottery counts on the greed of some people so prizes of 100M or $500M attracts players like a magnet It's crazy but many people I

Thanks, Dee. I'm no math expert either, but in looking at these recent drawings, the odds of a prime number coming up in the P3D is 168 out of 1,000, but the odds of that happening three days in a row have to be astronomical. This could be useful if we can figure out how to predict patterns from the change, but the normal tools people use to determine candidate numbers are probably less reliable for the mid-day drawings if this pattern continues.

Nope. I was just saying that it came out - it has 3 odd digits. Numbers with 3 odds bring triples. So a repeating odds combo...WoW! 2020 is going to be interesting eh? Congrats to any winners!

If you lost money in 2019 what will you do or try differently in 2020?
I don't know what to do different probably nothing. The odds are very clear when i purchase a ticket so i am prepared to lose money. But you can't win if you don't play and someone always hits eventually, why can't it be me. They went in a bought a ticket just like me and hit, so again i stand just as much chance as well. I think the most i will do is limit each draw to one ticket instead of several for PB and MM. The other games that i do hit with better chances put that extra money into them,

Just an observation; On 12-10 there were 66 straight winners at $500 each, that is $33000. On 12-15 there were 34 straight winners at at $500 each, that is $17000. I find it odd that over the last ten days, except for these two days, the number of straight winners averages less than 10. So what are the odds of 100 people, 34 in one case and 66 in another, of coming with the exact same numbers? And when you add the winnings in dollars it is $50,000. and what are the odds of that? Some how I suspe

MUSL paid $1.5 million to settle lawsuit over rigged jackpot
Given the odds that someone else might have won the jackpot before Dawson, that is probably a fair amount.

Georgia Lottery launches new Cash Pop draw game
They introduced Georgia Five the day after I finished my graduate degree at UGA and left the state. When I compared the payouts and the odds, I said, I would have written them a letter of complaint over the payout structure had I stayed in Georgia. Suffice to say, like Powerball and Mega Millions, they rip off non-jackpot winners. Example: the strange YYYNY match (where Y = a match and N = no match): odds 1 in 11,111 (worse than Cash 4), prize $21 (much worse than Cash 3). My belief is they

British pro gambler took aim at $25.8M CT Lotto jackpot, buying hundreds of thousands of tickets
With enough time and money he could have won it for sure. The odds are about 1 in 7 mil. which means that's how many different possible combinations of numbers there are. The payout is much more than $7 mil. He knew going in to it he may not win it and that the odds were about 1-2 in 7 for him. He also knew that the drawing is very transparent and open in CT so there wasn't a risk of illegal action by lottery officials towards his efforts behind closed doors.
