In Michigan there is just about zero legislative oversight. Meaning the state lawmakers do not oversee or have any imput in draw process in any way, shape or form. There are no legislative committees for the Michigan state lottery. You know to make the pick 3 groups even for the L-Trans you would have to have either a 2 or a 5 Base. They would either make patterns such as VTRacks or such as High-Low or Even-Odd, Each pattern worth either 8 Straight numbers or 125 Straight numbers. That is nothing new, even the X, Y stats of Groups and Index numbers is nothing new. But the way in which He is using them for making predictions, that is probably new! How accurate is that system?

Yeah it looks like I won $330 in total here. Not bad. I've had fun developing some unique strategies with the Pick 3/4 that you can't do readily with larger games. I find it interesting reading your various approaches with this game. Although, I havnt seen any similar to mine on here. Some of my approachs seem so obvious to me that I'm sure countless other people have noticed the things I have upon analysis and are currently using them.
