More RNG's involved, less human intervention needed to save in total costs involved in drawing operations. Funny thing, I have never watched a live drawing. I have also never watched a full recorded drawing where all numbers get drawn, it's always those short clips on news stories where they play a short piece of the draw. There's absolutely nothing wrong with watching the live draws, it's just something that I have never thought of doing
