Mad as Hell cause you can't WIN MM or PB...??
Does it matter how many numbers you get for your dollar if the odds of winning something are unlikely.

Lottery Search Question
If you like the number 730 , now go look at it on the sheets above by number that is listed as straights that came in on that particular date. the numbers are from smallest to largest 000-999 in order. just remember you can play 730 6 different ways so look up the 6 ways and see which one came out the most. if I see it only showing up 2 ways for today's month and day I'll only play it those 2 ways straight and save the dough. I'm simply playing the odds for example the number 000 has never came

Why Powerball?
Let me see!!!
50,000 tickets containing all five winning numbers change the practical Jackpot odds to 1:1,300,000. If you don't know how to reduce your odds, that's your problem not mine.

Do Hot and Cold Numbers Matter?
Several years ago, I kept a running total of each number in Mega Millions, back when there were 56 and 46 in the matrix. I kept track of how often each number was drawn in each position. Then I would play numbers by position and also by how often they were drawn by position and overall times drawn also.
I finally realized this was worthless when dealing with astronomical odds. It might be useful with a P3 or P4 game. Maybe, maybe, with a P5 game with decent odds.

I used to win more
Yeah, with odds those bad they aren't worth playing.
I do think a couple of those $5 tickets might be decent here and there, but I wouldn't play anything higher in NY. The odds are just too bad...

Understanding Lottery Strategies
Which pick5 game are you talking about? Pick5 with odds of 1:100,000 has a top prize of $50,000 for a dollar ticket.
And a $20 wager gets $1 million without any effect on the 1:100,000 odds. As for showing a profit without hitting a jackpot, any 5 + 0 MM win should show a profit. but keeping that profit is another thing.

Pick by Split
As I have mentioned in several post, I hate picking winning numbers by having to choose the actual numbers so most of my strategies are based on finding other method of indirectly picking numbers.
I mostly also only play Keno type games because my personal belief is that the only way to win is by being able to find a pattern. In the 5/6 digit games there is simply not enough volume of winning combinations in a lifetime of drawings have a reliable pattern. With Keno games like NY Pick 10 there

Understanding Lottery Strategies
Which pick5 game are you talking about? Pick5 with odds of 1:100,000 has a top prize of $50,000 for a dollar ticket. RollingCash5 has odds of 1:575,757 which seldom has a jackpot that exceeds $400,000.
I've never seen a lottery game that if played consistently will show a profit with winning a jackpot.
