Who do you propose is going to pay for those cars that turn into reptiles? Who do you think is going to pay for spacecraft to fly around the universe? Do think the rich and famous are going to donate their riches? Fat chance Madonna, Oprah, Tom Cruise, or P-Diddy is going to give up their riches; they'll preach the good, but then take their private jets back to their mansions and enjoy their Bently's. Do you think the French, or the Germans, or the Netherlands, are going to pay for these items?

Human error in Iowa was behind a delay in the midweek Powerball drawing, lottery officials said Thursday.Wednesday night's drawing in a Des Moines suburb was delayed 37 minutes the second such delay in a month. Neteller!! DO NOT EVER USE!
I never had any problems either. Yes, the questions about your life seems annoying, but trust me it would be more annoying and upsetting if they DIDN'T have these security measures and someone else does access your checking account information. I thought the questions were repeatitive at first myself, and then I thought...wow if it is this difficult for me to just sign up an account and start sending transactions after transaction, it will be really difficult for another to get access to your

Lottery ticket plucked from trash wins $100,000
Finders keepers. That's the word from the Hoosier Lottery after a winning ticket worth $100,000 purchased in Shelbyville was tossed in the trash, then plucked out by a luckier person. If I drop $100,000 in the street and walk away and the next person picks it up, it's their money, Ellen Corcella, the lottery's security director, said Wednesday. The lottery paid the winnings, minus taxes, to Kerry Jeremiah, a Shelbyville woman who took the Hold 'em Poker ticket to the lottery's Downtown Indianap

Wisconsin Lottery switches to computers to select winning numbers

Mechanical drawing machines have certainly been compromised and it takes a lot less skill to get that done. Our group builds RNG's for lotteries - though we do it at cost and so promoting it to make a profit is truly not an issue here. Our machines are TRUE RNG's, using unpredictable quantum decay to create the seed.
