Kentucky lottery employees are forbidden from playing in KY. Asked IGT after my issue was resolved (in RI) if they can go to Massachusetts to play. She informed me that IGT employees may not play anywhere. Recollection for TV game shows is that family members may not go on the TV shows. Certainly that bodes true today.

About two weeks ago Kentucky Lottery sent out an email. It was about their RNG KENO which IGT runs. You can buy for an extra $1/ticket a Multiplier. Well IGT discovered that from January to last July somehow the X10 multiplier got deactivated. You sign up to get a $10 voucher...still waiting for that to come. If PB and MM ever go to RNG those games will be history for me. Folks like to see the balls dancing around and dropping out of the bottom or some states a vacuum sucks out a ball.

Of course I'm tickled green over this. IGT closed their Georgia customer assistance center. Rhode Island's stayed open. Since IGT has the majority of the U.S.A. lottery servicing them, this is usually an 800 number. When you call it, it'll say, for instance here, 'Kentucky Lottery, how may I help you?' I usually say 'How are things in Rhode Island?' I can't say if all lotteries utilize IGT's service; there are a lot of local numbers in different states I've played.

Sometimes the one by I-64-Pilot is out. I will give it to you, the customer service is NOT KY lottery, but IGT. You either get the call center in RI or GA. Being a New Englander I prefer Rhode Island customer service and have had better luck with them vs. GA. Being hard-headed @ times I will tell them I'm a shareholder in IGT, but most folks could care less and get crappy service even from them.
