I checked this out. They operate like multi-line video slot machines. For $100, you can bet 50 cents a spin and play for hours. The purpose is to burn time. It is possible to win, but it's unlikely because of the low variance. You're grinding your money down, giving the house an average of 12% of your bet, over and over and over. Ney1 is correct and you are wrong, a good sign you did not pay any attention while watching the video..! The order in which lotto numbers are drawn does NOT determine winning numbers at all, instead, the machine uses the previous position of each number to pick numbers thus explaining why lottery numbers appear random during each draw and partly why they repeat. I'd think that most states would have a page about winners on their website to promote the lottery. The page on the NY website may not have every winner of $1 million or more, but they've got plenty of entries for people who won 1 or 2 million (and occasionally more) with a 5+0 prize, plus winners for life.
