But the best way for a scammer to get pics of winning tickets is to con folks into spending their hard-earned money to buy tons of and tons of losing tickets so they can send you a pic of their winning ticket to post on the forum, right CASH34OLOGIST?
That's the social media aspect of your pathetic scam.
If they make a movie about you it will be called School of Scam.

What's The Clerk do with YOUR winning Ticket after you Cash it?
I agree, retailers are allowed to keep them. But what other purpose can the kept losing tickets serve other than for them to be used to offset gambling winnings? (legally or illegally)
I'm not sure I understand what a crook bringing a previously cashed winning ticket into a store has to do with losers that are already in the box under the counter. I'm sure retailers do get tired of somebody trying to scam them with a previously cashed ticket, but the losing tickets already in the box under th

Alabama man loses $80,000 in foreign lottery scam
Includes video report
Dannie Perry was a generous man who found himself caught up in a lottery scam. After relentless harassment from the criminals, he finally got them to stop contacting him.
Postal inspectors have a reminder to avoid this happening to you or your loved ones.
It was a great American dream to win some money where you could retire and you could take care of your grand kids and your family and just do what you wanted to do, says Dannie Perry, a fraud victim.

NJ Pick 6 lottery drought ends as $20.1M jackpot won
I think the lottery has made it very clear that playing lottery is entertainment, not a money-making scheme. If you have 100k to spend on entertainment over a 6-year span, then go for it, if that's what you like to do.
To say it's a scam would indicate that they are cheating. But in fact they are not cheating -- especially in both Ohio and New Jersey, since both states use traditional lottery ball machines to generate the numbers. And they publish the odds of winning all over the place, so it

NJ Pick 6 lottery drought ends as $20.1M jackpot won
There is a simple solution Don't Play but there is a need to express an emotion that has run so deep with anger due to the reality of cheating going on. When you have believed in something and have really thought it was for the good and a chance, it hurts to find out it was all a scam. So this is not about a simple freaking solution, it is about creating the awareness as to what is truly going on.
You may not have got to this point I'm at because you probably didn't spend over $100k befo

Postal agents intercept, destroy fake lottery checks
I am glad that these good for nothing creeps got caught and they should be thrown into prison. I have no mercy on these low-down dirty liars. A friend of mine got scammed last year and when this friend showed me the check, I said this is a scam and take it to the police, and that did not happen. I told this good friend of mine that this chek is fake and it ended up he lost his hard earned money from his bank account and had to start all over again.
The purpose of this post is to help someone

Lottery Scammers Out in Full Force
Some of these scam letters are funny, especially the ones with incorrect spelling. Some of them that look official with the FBI seal can scare some people if they don't realize all of these are fakes.
I might have emailed him back and said Thanks for notifying me of my moneys arrival. I have been expecting it as it is winnings from a lottery I won. Attached below is absolute proof I won this money... I would have enclosed a copy of one of those You Have Won the Lottery scam emails. I would

Lottery Scammers Out in Full Force
Thanks for taking the time to share this information. I did hear about this scam in the news and I wonder how those scammers identified themselves to make the victims believe they were indeed representatives of the sweepstales company. Did they give out names and ID numbers? Also, do these scammers gather information about their victims first? Or do they call random phone numbers?
I'm confused. What's in the call that makes it beleivable for thos ewho fell for it? Because if I was to get a c

Strange Phone Call
Scams are popping up a lot more these days. Phone, internet, occasional usps mail ... all the same - they want to take your money.
One scam that is showing up again is the hitman scam where they say they will actually kill you if you don't pay them. The good news is these are almost always from an offshore concern - Russia usually - and there is zero percent chance anything is going to happen to you. They play on people's fears and make actual death threats.
Best bet to avoid phone s
