Depends on your game payouts. Obviously if it pays for a match2 your odds of winning something is better than if it only pays for match3s or better. Many states have 6/49 games so your best bet would be to check the prediction board and find out what players who win a lot in those games are doing. The odds of winning the jackpot never change regardless of the number of lines you play, it's that your chances are better the more lines you play.
