Convert/Exchange System
I have been back testing a system I will call the convert/exchange system. It is a mixture of using vtracs and perception skills. Feel free to back test your state and post findings here. This could be used to narrow down picks from other systems. Here is how it works... Take the last pick 4 in your state..(of course during back testing just pick one in the past.)
