I brought my raffle at 8:40 and it was at 100,3XX. I did not realize that the numbers started over every week. I though it would be like the Raffle 7 in May where once the 1,000,000 ticket was reached that was it. I will probably buy a few more before Monday, I am also playing the 25th millionaire second chance. Hopefully, I win something.

lol i really only bought 1. I figured there would be alot more people buying the first weeks raffle so i decided to save the rest of my money for this weeks raffle for a better chance. I cant get over how i was so close to the million, i would of had a heart attack. Thanks guys

I see PowerBall differently than I do a raffle. The odds of winning the PowerBall top prize is sooo long that many of us play for the lower prizes. It's an ongoing game where you need to see a bit of money once in a while to keep going. I see the raffle as something much closer to a scratch off game. Limited time, limited number of tickets available, much better odds.

WOW..... I also hit a top prize in a raffle over the weekend. 3 prizes given out at a school raffle out of several thousand and I was one. I only bought 2 tickets in my name. Having a good week :)

i might play a raffle style game but i really would like to see MORE smaller prizes. Pa already has $20 raffles twice a year and oh boy, I've wasted a lot of twentys without even getting a sniff of the jackpot. besides $20 raffle a week is too much to spend. they already have my left arm, i need my right arm to wipe my sorry azz.

I know that the lottery heads are working on a national game. I would like to see a $5 or $10 raffle or even $20 raffle go nation wide to see what kind of prize you could win for your money or a big game that draws twice a week like say monday night and thursday night since powerball and mega have tuesday and wednesday and friday and saturday taken.-weshar75

Kentucky did it a different way when they ended their $2 3 Line Lotto. They printed out raffle tickets to everyone buying tickets the last 3 weeks of the game and 100 raffle ticket winners each split the $440,000 jackpot. That game was replaced by another $2 novelty game Five Card Cash.
