Hi,I live in Taiwan, not a US citizen, is it eligible for me to order the lottery ticket online? I know from Taiwan that a LOT of us bought tickets for April 16, how did they do it? I didn't play. But, I been talking about how 587 at one time, was the most hitting pick 3 for Missouri. It's o.k. I will catch a nice win. I been on the phone with Security for Missouri lottery, I lost $17.00 in a vending machine, and the store would not refund my money, when they saw the machine malfunctioned, so, I had to call Molottery, now, I have to upload the pictures I took and the address to the store, and send it to a guy in security to get my funds back.
