Windows 98 and Window ME: Getting the best possible experience
Windows 98 and Window ME are such old operating systems that Microsoft stopped all support and security patches for them years ago. Nevertheless, there are still a good number of computers out there using one of those operating systems, usually because the computer is many years old, and because it still functions, its owner continues to use it. If you are the user of Windows 98 or Window ME, you have no doubt seen one of the Upgrade your browser banners at the top of the page as you brows

Missouri: 7/1 - 7/31/2025
I didn't play. But, I been talking about how 587 at one time, was the most hitting pick 3 for Missouri. It's o.k. I will catch a nice win. I been on the phone with Security for Missouri lottery, I lost $17.00 in a vending machine, and the store would not refund my money, when they saw the machine malfunctioned, so, I had to call Molottery, now, I have to upload the pictures I took and the address to the store, and send it to a guy in security to get my funds back.

Is it just me or...
Lucky Loser, The biggest difference between where you play, (Texas) and where every one else plays is that Texas publishes the pre test results and the rest of the states don't. I don't know if they publish them early enough for you to factor them into your picks or not, but unfortunately the rest of us only have the official draws to go by. Don't get me wrong, I am not disputing that the pre tests can effect the flow of the numbers. They certainly do, and the officials admit that they try

KA-BOOM! 4th of July PA Millionaire Raffle! It's On!
Time to bump thread back up to the top of the list! I'm driving to Virginia today, and I'll be going through Pennsylvania. Guess what I'm gonna do?? That's right, I'm buyin' some PA Millionaire Raffle tickets. The only thing I can't decide on is should I stop in Scranton or Harrisburg to buy them. (Yes, I'm going down I-81. Ever see that 18 wheeler/tractor trailer sittin' way up high on top of that billboard? Craziest thing I ever saw.) When I come back up north next week, I'll buy so

Investigators find Tipton's software code to rig computerized lottery drawings
I would have thought those extra lines of code would have showed up when outside sources did their security checks Of course it would show up. That's what makes this so bizarre, and such an indictment of the security procedures that failed to discover the tampering. drawn on either Nov. 23 or Dec. 29 between 2005 and 2011. That's 6 years and a month, as an absolute minimum. Does that mean it went undetected for 6 full years, or was he able to reinstall it over and over? Either way,

RL's T-Lex program download, free software
Boot Here is a link to a online multi-scan tool. It uses over 40 security tools to scan for mal-ware etc... The first 2 or 3 in the list will report a trojan hit in almost any file scanned. I scanned a few of my own programs that I know are mal-ware free and the first 2 reported a trojan. This is a very nice tool to use if you want to check it out here is the link, it will also scan IP addresses. https://www.metascan-online.com/#!/scan-file IMHO you can't have too many security to

How many Millions would set you for life?
Some of the people around here must be pretty miserable right now, considering how much they say they'd need to be comfortable. Based on life expectancy calculations I've got a 25% chance of living at least another 33 years, so I'd figure I want a comfortable income that will last at least 35 years. Assuming that a safe investment will yield a 3% return, each million dollars invested will provide an income starting at $28,500 and increasing 3% per year for 35 years, at which point the princip
