Yeah well, there's that, but good instincts are invaluable. BTW, good catch on the run of draws with no 7. I'm not a stats person, but that was quite a run of draws with no 7s. Studying past draws is a waste of time. Each drawing is an independent random event. The only way to increase the probability of winning is to buy more tickets. It is true that each drawing is an independent random event. Since I mostly play the pick 3, it is also independent by position. Also, more tickets is the only way to change the odds.
