I'm thinking of starting a lottery pool
I run a couple of lottery pools and never had any problems. We have also won enough money to have to split the money. I recommend doing some Google searches for pools offered online. Check out how they do it and copy their rules and procedures. That is what I did. I got some good ideas from them. The good online pools post their rules online. I just copied them, changed a couple of sections, and used then. Watch out for the scam pools. Then again, the scam pools ever post their rules. I would po

Frequent lottery wins by retailers investigated
They pay 2 to 1 on most tickets to illegal aliens, people on welfare, workers comp. Etc. They also do the old, nope, not a winner scam by keeping the ticket, or like some else said, tearing it up and then tapping it up and cashing it later on.
A dollar store owner in Tarrytown NY has vanished just last week, store is empty, ransacked. It is alleged that he pulled off some kind of lottery scam.
These guys are creeps, regardless of what awards they have.

Lottery scratch games still being sold after jackpots are gone
Selling tickets for an advertised top prize that no longer exists is almost as bad as selling tickets for a top prize that never existed.
Both are false advertising.
Selling tickets for a top prize that never existed is a flat out scam.
Selling tickets for top prizes that have all been paid out gives lottery players the perception that the lottery is out to scam them.

Heartbreak: Lottery scam led to NJ grandmother's suicide
This reminds me of this scam several people tried to run on me on Postaroo.com. I was selling a riding lawn mower and someone answered the ad stating that they were from the US but out of the country on business. They wanted to know if it was ok to send a postal money order for the lawn mower for $2300 which I was selling for $350. I was told to cash the money order and a amount for shipping the lawnmower, which I have forgot exactly what it was but it was around $1,500, was to be put on a mon

Has anyone used the Code Cracked System?
I assume this Code Cracked System is suppose to help you win lots of money playing the lotteries, no?
If yes, then ask yourself why is this person selling it? Did he get tired of making so much money? Can he make more money selling it rather than using it himself? Do ping pong balls being blown around by air actually behave in a way that follow a code? Maybe he just thinks anyone who can afford to play lotteries can afford to lose the price he's charging for this system even if it just a

It Is very very Easy To Win!!
Here's an article I found which talks about this secret scam.
Can a leather briefcase containing 10 CDs, MP3 player (supposedly preloaded with 15 hours of instructions), 15 lessons (500+ pages) on starting the Internet Business, action planner, compact vision boards (whatever they are) and a $500 gift certificate be worth $1,995?
Granted, $500 certificate maybe worth just that (depends where you can use it). Unfortunate part is that this so called gift certificate cannot be used at Macy

My Cash 4 System
People I just want you all to know that any system that requires you to play everyday or play 10+ sets of numbers its a scam. No system works like that. Anyone can play 50 different sets of numbers and hit but a system should help you to play less and win more .
Any system that wins as much as it cost to play is no scam no matter the number of combinations that have to be played. In Ohio a 50 pick4 24 way box bet pays $100, so if anyone could play 50 combinations for $25 and win $100
