How does a lottery digit/number become a winning digit/number??
Right, the odds per number played are known. But I was referring to somebody's system.
For example if your system has you playing 15 Pick3 numbers at a time for Exact, isn't it good to know that
your odds went from 1 in 1,000 down to 1 in 67?
I was referring to the comment that the math doesn't matter as long as the objective is reached. And I'm trying to say that a
little bit of math is ok (such as understanding odds), and it might even help to reach the objective.

How does a lottery digit/number become a winning digit/number??
I think the math should also be expained, at least a little bit. Or at least the odds of winning.
shouldn't the odds be known?

Mega Millions And Powerball Odds Are Approaching The Size Of The Usa Population Of 318.9 Million.
I don' think it's stupid to wager $1 or $2 hoping to win several million, but because of the huge odds against winning a jackpot, the huge majority of players are just buying a dream.
The best odds players got in a long time was when 1 out of every 63,175,082 PB tickets was a jackpot winner.

Lottery tickets could soon be delivered to your home in N.J.
They're trying to get more revenues while not raising ticket prices or lowering the odds of winning so I think it's good for NJ players

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
1 in 11 packs? So that's about $6,600 with the hopes of getting one pack for a good ROI. Yikes... Those are basically the worst odds I have heard. That makes Vegas look like a great play compared to those odds.
I have bought 3 tickets so far and won $100 on the quick spot. Scaled way back because the games are boring and uneventful right now.

What means overall odds?
I agree... The odds are whacked for scratchers.
Given the way tickets are distributed, games cancelled Etc. I don't know how they come up with any realistic odds.

Is mega millions worth playing anymore?
They once ran a million dollar raffle special drawing in NY State that was advertised as having the best odds of winning a million dollars of any game ever as they restricted sales to 1 million tickets at $10 each. I analogized the odds being similar to having 30 major league baseball ballparks each with 33,333 fans in attendance at the same time and one winner was picked in total from the 30 ballparks. Have you ever been in a HS gym, concert, or other venue with relatively limited attendance wh
