Does your odds increase tremendously by millions just like this? Read for details.
So it's true your odds are tremendously improved by just betting on all combinations of 2 previous draw numbers? + 4 more?

Tialuvslotto: I was afraid of something like that. I suck at math but if I recall, the formula for the odds isn't exactly what you wrote, something about the numbers not having to be in order or something. I got my odds of 1:1000 from wikipedia (look up 649 lotto wiki), so I'm trusting that. It also makes sense to me as it seems relatively easy to get 3 numbers (I got it 5 times in the span of a month), so 4 shouldn't be in the millions. Well, we'll wait for the math gurus.

Monopoly Millionaires game
Smart indeed. However, that comes with a huge caveat ... it assumes MMC game isn't rigged. While highly unlikely, the issue can't be ignored. Especially, in light of various problems with randomizers in the past - search the forums for more details of past incidents.
Personally, I play MMC, but limit my play to a ticket or two. It's worth participating, but not betting the bank on it - not just due to the slim odds, but also out of concern the randomizer could potentially be rigged. The motiv

Weekly Multi-State Raffle
Happy to see it's back. Buying a ticket or maybe more this upcoming Friday. PA conducts two raffles per year limited to 500,000 tickets. On an aside, from what I recall, PA did try selling 625,000 once, but had to resort to discounting tickets to sell out, and barely made it.
For players seeking $1 million, with similar odds of winning at that price-point, outside of the raffle, there's PA Quinto, and similar games in some other states, that pay $50,000 per dollar wagered. Playing $20 on the

Why any good Pick 3 system, method, or tool will ,almost, certainly fail
Well, a good system is one that makes sense and that has the tendency to get winning results. Also, part of a good system is having good money management when wagering. But, now, we can add win/loss management to this too.
Anyway, it can be said that the reason for why systems fail is because the odds are ,very much, stacked against you. This ,in turn, is the reason for why we encounter losing streaks. So, it's really more of a matter of odds rather than randomness.

Hi Picktowin,
Take a look at the Odds of Sum Being Drawn chart published by Lotterypost.com. If you decide to limit your bet to combinations that have sums within the range of 11 to 16, you might (statistically) expect to have a better chance to win. I don't recommend that you completely rule out combinations that do not have high odds sums because they appear to be selected half of the time in my wheels.
