Texas Winning Systems For Pick 3, Useing Duke

Pick - 4 System
Here's a Pick-4 system that's easy to do. For example I am using Ohio Midday and Evening top 21 due pairs. My Blog Explains how I get my due pairs. You make a list from 0 to 9. From the due pair list you count how many times each digit shows on the whole list. Then you pick the digit that has showed up the most. If you have a tie, use the digit that is closest to the top of the list. In this case it's 3. Nowput the 3 down with each number it shows with. So we have 3 - 7 - 2 - 4 - 1 - 5 - 6. Now

This sound horrible, but that 237 in all forms is shown 4 times around the last 3 numbers that fell either in pick 3 or pick 4. So that says they are monitoring number systems also. How can a computer generated system pick the same number 4 times in a two week period? Also, seems the system is programmed to keep payouts low.
