The New Mega Millions Game - So Do You Like It Or Not?
PB has better odds, but each ticket contributes twice as much to the jackpot. MM set the record while PB was still a $1 game. With the current game structures, PB collects about $114 million when they sell as many tickets as there are combinations, while MM only collects about $83 million. That means the average PB jackpot should be about 72% more than the average MM jackpot.
The odds are high enough that we can get unusual results, but probability says that PB has a much better chance of bei

Just had a new thought about Mega millions
Have you ever thought that maybe it's because the odds of there being a winning combination among all the combinations played are 1 in 175 millions or worst?

picking a perfect NCAA bracket
Nah, your odds are better w/ the lottery. I just looked it up; the odds of picking a perfect bracket are one in 9.2 quintillion.
dating a supermodel
I wouldn't have a clue as to what your odds would be on that; I can, however, tell you what MINE are: Zilch, Zero, Nada...unless I hit the lottery, then they'll go up a tiny bit...to about the same as picking a perfect NCAA bracket.

The New Mega Millions Game - So Do You Like It Or Not?
I have won $5 because of the megaplier. I have a ten draw ticket for the whole month of november and I have won only once out of the first three draws on the ticket. I like that it is only a $1 to play but if it was $2 to play I would like it better because maybe the odds would be lower. Anyways it costs me $2 because I play the multiplier on it. I guess they do not want players to think that they are trying to be like powerball too much. But if the odds were better than they are now and the jac

Since the odds don't change- is it wise to buy more than One ticket for either jackpot?
If for instance you jumped off the $5.00-$10.00 a pop betting per game wagon, would it be safe to say lm gonna be a $1.00/$2.00 player going forward?
Playing it safe or being shortsighted?

Post your scratch ticket results
They've been pretty bad lately, nothing over $50 recently, even on my last $5 roll where I made a few bucks I hit 3 $50 winners instead of a $100 and a $50. They came out with Christmas tickets that offer terrible odds. I like the Poker Passion game and the two timer ($3 and $2) games, but It will be tough to hit anything above $100 on them, even in a roll. Might just buy 1/2 a roll of the $10 X ticket as the odds are great at hitting $500, $1000, and $10,000 prizes. Even though $10,000 is the t
