Illinois Never Wins Powerball-Why?
Many of us will never win powerball, or even come close, maybe you just need a more fulfilling hobby
Since PB is $40M/$25.1 and MM is $34M/$25.1 and both with odds of 1:175M and Ohio Classic Lotto is at $31.5M/$15.8 with odds of 1:14M , why haven't I won OCL instead of just coming close twice?

Lottery Post PB Pool
Quick picks dont offer any odds improvement.
This is true.
Five hundred people buying quick picks in a pool don't offer any incentive.
Incentive to or for what?
The chances are not any better than if the 500 people buy their quick picks separately.
It depends on what you mean by chances. Ignoring taxes, if you buy 1 Powerball ticket, you will have one chance to win about $175M . If you join 499 others in a pool to purchase 500 Powerball tickets, you will have 500 chances to

Do some number combinations have better odds?
It's not about what could have been done , but what can be done. The only thing that was proved in the last 808 MM drawings, placing the numbers into the 2if5 wheel in numerical order from 1 to 56 produced no five number matches. I proved by using a different order, it's possible to have three or more five number matches in 808 drawings. It's no different than saying it's possible to pick a group of 28 numbers and get 5 or more five number matches in 39 drawings and proving that it can be done.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
I never really think about odds when playing the lottery, it's normally 5 quick picks for the Euromillions please or I just do quick picks online.

Trying my luck on EuroMillions 94M GBP Jackpot.
Have not looked at euro before are the odds about the same as mega/powerball? Do you have to match both lucky stars?

Powerball ticket worth $338 million sold in N.J.
I pick my own bonus number, so my odds are 1 in 5 million when I'm correct.

Powerball ticket worth $338 million sold in N.J.
Ronnie, instead of crying I can offer you some free advice. Play the pick instead of MM. The odds are better.

Florida: 3/1 - 3/31/2013
Even more interesting is the payout for today's trip: 111 - a staggering $1.6m - that shows you how many of us are playing triples despite the odds...

Hacked random number generator?
Just because the drawing results have sequential numbers doesn't mean that someone is hacking the system. The odds of having sequential numbers 16 17 18 19 20 is equal to the odds of having any other combination of numbers.
Besides, if someone really did hack the system, they wouldn't have made it so obvious to have a sequential numbers that draw attention like that. And they wouldn't have been stupid enough to pick numbers a lot of other people had picked since doing so meant that they wo
