15 seems about right. We usually base it on jackpot size and odds. We start at some set level like 10, then see if the jackpot number is greater than the odds number. Example, your 37 / 5 has a jackpot odds of 1 : 435896 per combo, the jackpot would have to be greater than $435,896 to play more than 10 combos. We don't play any more than we have to.
