what, the lottery is random, it shouldn't use math of rational numbers, but frequencies.
The secret is to find out the frequency of rythyms of hydrogen di oxide molecules.
Then we can split the molecule and fuel Dr. Sans truck.
A 2 on a scale of 1-10 in excel is not going to cut it for a lottery win.
But a trucker who has a truck that runs on water...
That could be interesting.

calculate the cycle of digits of pick3 by position.
Okay,CMOORE50 you're correct, using cycle (which should be short) because the limit is
0 to 9 in each position, and we also have three
frequencies in each position, then a draw
usually each digit in its different position
because we can use excel in 10 to 12 last draws for analysis of cycles and frequency per position

Team,
I would like to put together a database if anyone has an excel file similar to this please share as this information takes a long time to put together. I am seeking a few items: The frequency of a pick 3 number in each month, and avg time it takes for a number to hit based on total draws. I know I am not exact but I believe NC has had approx 8300 draws. If anyone knows the exact please let me know. Here are my stats for 012.

Vtrac Assistance
That's a nice looking spreadsheet Mitachoo!
As for what to do with the data, you can do all the usual stuff. I track Sums, E/O, Hi/Lo frequency, pairs, 2 and 3 digit strings, skips, skips by position, where the hits are coming from (repeaters, Skip 1, Skip 2+). I also track by combination to see what's hitting and what isn't and look at repeats from the last 7 games (happens 1 in 5 times).
I would recommend that you read Blackapple's posts -- he is the Vtrac Ninja! Also, search for some p

Looking for ABCDEFGHIJKL converter to Digits Program or Excel
That's the simple part, Serge. The difficult part is having Excel look up the rank position of each digit that hit.
For example:
Ranks, from highest to lowest (based on frequency):
4 6 5 9 0 1 7 3 2 8
Current result: 329 Formula should return 8,9,4 which could then be translated into H,I,D

"Minimal" Perpetual Winning Motion
I'm hard headed, but I think that you both are right. My Mother-in-Law just plays Virginia Pick 3 and a little Pick 4, Combos only and she always hits. She feels numbers and I'm cold as a fish in that department.
I like Illinois, so I will watch that state and Virginia.
I make copies of the frequency chart on the US-L site every 3 months, place them into Excel for comparison. It has worked a few time. It is now haft time, I've made adjustments and I'm coming out swinging and win

Scroll down to this poster aconstantwinner the last page in the link above. No, this is not an excel program but it will give you the ranked frequency of the digits.
You must do a thorough search of this site right here at the Lottery Post. The link above comes from a closed post. I went to Resources then I went into Search for something input the words number frequency chart.

Math Models vs Actual Results
